Yes, it was down.  As was email, which is why this only made it
through now.  It's back up now.  There seem to be some hardware
issues coming on that I'll have to examine when I get back stateside
in a few weeks.

In the future you could send mail to me personally or join #gnucash on
irc.gnome.org.
