Catalan translation of GnuCash 2.2.x

Hi GnuCash devs,

Please find attached an update to the Catalan translation of GnuCash.

I used to be the translator of the package when it was being managed
at the Translation Project. Now I have based the current translation
to the http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/branches/2.2 branch, as per
the instructions on http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Translation.

I would feel grateful if you could let me know when the file gets
committed to svn (or else whether there are any problems with it).
