help in german

maybe because if I set LANG=C.UTF-8 I get the english version of
gnucash. When I click "Help" and "Contents" I get in the KDE-Helpcenter:

"Für /usr/local/share/gnucash/gnome/help/gnucash/C/gnucash-help.xml ist
keine Dokumentation verfügbar"

Do I miss a programm that converts the *.xml's or does gnucash-help not
use the right file/path?

I am on the wrong way?
