XP install problem

I am attempting to rebuild GnuCash with updated GTK libraries (to retest bug
513906), so I thought I would just update everything. But install.sh is
bailing out at the goffice step. Can someone give me a clue as to what I
should do next?

Here's what I did to clean out the existing dependencies:

cd /c/soft/packaging
reset.sh (using all the defaults... completes successfully)
rm /c/soft/downloads/*

Then I attempted to rebuild with install.sh but it failed with:

Extracting goffice-0.4.3.tar.bz2 ... done
patching file `goffice/Makefile.am'
patching file `gtk-doc.m4'
libtoolize: `/c/soft/autotools/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' is serial 48, less
than
 51 in `aclocal.m4'
To remain compatible, you should update your `aclocal.m4' by running
aclocal.
aclocal: couldn't open directory `/c/soft/aqbanking/share/aclocal': No such
file
 or directory

Cheers,
Charles
