Windows: Console output on the msys terminal

Hi,
sure, you are free to change your local copy as you like :-)
For the svn repository, I object to this change, as otherwise a console
window is showed while GnuCash is running in the
default installation.
Regarding the wiki page, I would like to see only one section to treat this
issue, so please change the exetype one in a way that everyone experiencing
the same problem you did would find and understand it immediately, maybe
even by a Google search. Thanks.
