Translation of stock button names

I noticed that the Glade file for the QIF importer
(src/import-export/qif-import/qif.glade) contains the following line for a
button label:

<property name="label" translatable="yes">gnc-new-account</property>

But apparently "gnc-new-account" is not actually a label to be displayed,
but rather is the stock ID of the standard GnuCash "New Account" button.

But since the line is set to be translatable, all the .po files contain
translations for "gnc-new-account", which doesn't seem to make sense since
these words are never displayed.

Would it be better to set translatable="no" instead, so that the phrase
doesn't get into .po files?
