Quickbooks to Gnucash conversion?

Hello,

I ran across a reference that you were making a conversion from Quickbooks
Pro to Gnucash 2.2.4

My accountant uses Quickbooks and I wish to convert the files over -- the
accountant is basically computer iliterate.

Can you help me out?
