Could we stick a compressed file of the HTML version on the
gnucash.orgwebsite for download? (I'm asking... I have no idea.)

In the meantime, I will *attempt* to mail Daniel a Windows-style zipped HTML
version of the English help and guide (it's 9.7MB)
