mea culpa. We've received your patch just fine. It is still sitting in my
inbox and waiting to be reviewed. Unfortunately I haven't found the time to
do so, so far. I will get to this, but it might take me another week or two.

You should register an account with bugzilla so that it knows your email
address. If you really like to be registered as "owner" of this component, we
can add a "Tax report" component to the gnucash product in bugzilla, and list
you as "primary contact" for that component.
