I'd have to agree with Derek. I just downloaded the setup and successfully
installed it. You should be able to get the md5 sum of the setup file and it
needs to match (otherwise the file was corrupted during download):

5c9353c4b2ecd4669d2783cb81af0a8e *gnucash-2.2.6-setup.exe
