Actually, the 2.2.9 dmg is built and ready to upload. It's just  
waiting for you to add me to the project as a release tech.
I can build dev releases and put them on SF as well. It's only nightly  
snapshot builds that need the build server. (I can that up for you,  
too, if you can make it accessible via ssh from the Net. You do seem a  
bit time-limited at the moment.)
