I'm the one who has built this qt3-to-qt4 conversion code into the aqbanking
package. It should work exactly as described in the README, as it is also
used in each and every windows build (MS windows only has qt4). So please
give it a try, and if there are any unexpected issues, don't hesitate to
contact me.

I'm sorry, but no, this is not the case. The Wizard for the online banking
setup is way way too complex to be coded in yet another GUI toolkit quickly.
I'd estimate the GUI wizard contains approx. 18 person-months of work by now,
of which 9 pm would still be needed when porting it to another toolkit. I'm
not saying it were impossible, just it won't be effective or doable with the
current pm resources available around here.

Again, please give the qt4 instructions a try and contact me on any issues; I
think those should work relatively out-of-the-box.

Regards,

Christian Stimming
