Dutch website translation

Maybe.  Did you properly build the mo file?  I see that there is a /nl
link active on the site, but I don't see a translation.  Another
possibility is that the server doesn't have that locale installed.

This note is out of date.  We don't do that anymore.  htdocs/trunk is
the main website, htdocs/branches/beta is the beta website.
