GnuCash Website: Translations are wrong encoded or missing; was: All pages are wrong encoded or lost

UTF-8, but the pages have <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; 
charset=iso-8859-1"> included. So the month name März (march) is ISO-1 
encoded. The same on: pipermail/gnucash-fr: Décembre, Février, Gzipés
and pipermail/gnucash-br: Março

while pipermail/gnucash-es has the accent html encoded, clever.

should read:
"Die gnucash-de Archive
Sie können <a ..>weitere Informationen über diese Liste</a> erhalten oder  
<a ..>die Liste durchsuchen</a>

The same on -br, but I am no native speaker of that language.
