Interesting... the bug definitely occurs on Windows, as I have experienced
myself and as reported in 2.2.8 in bug 570166. But I tried and it doesn't
occur with 2.14.7 on Mac. Can't say whether 2.14.7 fixes it on Windows, but
that's my theory. Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows machine that I can
build on at the moment.
