Exporting GnuCash to QSF cause program to crash

Yeah, I don't know. It seems weird that the bug would be reported on gtk+
2.13.x, and patched in 2.13.5, but I still get the crash with 2.14.5.
Perhaps it is a slightly different bug, and the gdb backtrace fit the
description just well enough to lead me there.
Are you using a newer version of gtk+? Were you getting the crash? Or
possibly it's a glade bug?

As far as the workaround, I didn't really like the way that the information
that futures dates aren't supported was semi-hidden in a tooltip. So to me
it is a slight improvement anyway. It would be better if the future dates
were blocked out on the calendar or something, but I didn't want to spend
any more time on it.
