The new EGuile Report system (which should hopefully be in 2.4)
allows you to use an HTML based report with embedded guile (e-guile)
to perform the report functionaly. (guile is a dialect of Scheme).
You would save your report template wherever you wanted and then
tell gnucash to point to your template.
It would be nice if there were a way to tell it some other default
location for the template, but that's probably not there yet.
Eventually this can replace the default invoice report.
