Uploading to sourceforge

I went to the GnuCash page while logged in, then clicked on Develop,
then Project Admin -> File Manager (in the dropdown list).  That brought
up the file manager page.  Then from there I could click on "gnucash
(unstable)" and then I have "New Folder" and Upload File.
