bug by "open XML-file"

Hello,

I test a new version of GnuCash 2.3.0 for Windows (svn r18103 on 
2009-06-05). If I try to open a xml-file from GnuCash 2.2.8 (Windows), I 
get a error message:
"The file xml://D:\gnucash\Data\Profile\Haushalt could not be found."
