Win32 DBI driver binary for postgres available anywhere?

I don't know.  I guess there's no reason we couldn't build it as part of the regular win32 build.

I'd like to give 2.3.1 a try under Windows against a PostgreSQL DB. Does
anybody know if there's a binary of the DBI driver available anywhere?
