Wish: monthly report showing average expenses and income / report-files import function

Dear developers of gnucash,

 

as a newbie-user that really loves gnucash, I would like to have the
following things:

 

1. As listed and proposed in
http://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-devel/2005-February/012778.html,
I would like to have a report that shows average monthly expenses and income
for several months with percentage information added. A possibility to
compare several months (e.g. April+May and November+December) and to see the
differences should be integrated to. This report could use the budget-report
as basis or could be derived from the account-piechart report. 

---------I am sure that many other users would really really appreciate
that!!! ------------

 

2. Furthermore, there is no information in the wikis how to import
scm-report-files or code such as Merlin's one. To have an 'easy to handle'
import-function for code or files would make things much, much easier here.
