Default save-as file format: Rather stick to XML?

During this discussion I haven't been convinced as for why it is better to
have sqlite3 as the *default* in "Save As" as opposed to having XML as the
default, which was my original question / proposal. The *availability* of any
of the database backends, and also the options when loading a file, were not
touched by my proposal and by this discussion. Hence, I've changed the default
save-as format back to XML to avoid unnecessary hassle, r18412. This can be
changed in a future gnucash series if there are good reasons to, but ATM I
think this only causes unnecessary bugs for people who didn't intend to use
the not-yet-so-stable parts of gnucash.
