GnuCash/Quartz 2.3.7 does not start

As I posted on the bug, the libiconv version indicates the OP is  
trying to run Gnucash 2.3.7 on OSX 10.4 (Tiger) which isn't supported.
Can someone with bugzilla privilege please close the bug as invalid?
