website errors

Hi,

Attached is a list of recent gnucash website errors,
run through sort|uniq.   Some of these appear to be
actual website problems, such as missing png images
that are missing from the v 2.0 docs.  It'd be cool if someone
could fix these.

Most of the errors, however, are bogus: clearly many are
mistyped hand-typed URLs. Some appear to be hacking attempts,
exploiting old php bugs.  Some appear to be bad links on
other people's websites.  One somewhat sad category is that,
over the years, the old mailing list archives seem to be getting
corrupted (or were always corrupted?)
