Can I update the translation file?

Hi,  zh_CN.po <http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/trunk/po/zh_CN.po> still
have a lot of error. I've updated some translation items.
Now, Is GnuCash 2.3.5 under String Freeze period? Can I update the
translation file.
