r18992 - Fix #588816 - Heading Banner Image does not display or print on invoice reports

Suggestions other than "upgrade to 11.2"?  That's a pretty old version of webkit.  I can't guarantee anything, but I'll see what I can do.

I would like to verify, if Bug 573702 is fiexed in between. But when I try to 
compile, I run in the following warning:

Under opensuse 11.1 I have installed:
libwebkit-devel-1.0.1.r37381-17.1
libwebkit-1_0-1-1.0.1.r37381-17.1

Any suggestions?
