Release 2.3.15 soon? What's still missing for 2.4.0?

I mentioned bug #611936 [1] in another mail, which may or may not be a 
blocker, depending on feedback of others.

Other than that, I wanted to complete the conversion of glade files to gtk+ 
2.10. There are only 14 left.
