Thanks Geert. I am attaching two more patches.

0007-2.2-trunk.patch (guide: Replace all usage of the words `GnuCash' or `Gnucash' with app entity in German and Italian translations)
	should apply cleanly to both 2.2 and trunk, and

0008-trunk.patch (guide: Replace all usage of the words `GnuCash' or `Gnucash' with app entity in Japanese translation)
	should apply cleanly to trunk.
