Request for string freeze brakes

Dear Yasuaki,

thank you very much for the patch. However, in this particular case I'd like 
to defer this patch until after 2.4.0 is out. I've attached the patch to a 
newly created bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=628444 so that it 
won't be forgotten. Thanks!
