Python bindings doc and doxygen

Thanks for your support of the idea.
I just started toying around with that. Is someone here who has experience with
doxygen and python ?
It seems that to be able to use the "special commands" of doxygen you have to
install some workarounds like the script doxypy.py.

Just adding .py as filetype in doxygen.cfg leads some way for the beginning.
