Python bindings doc and doxygen

 Hello all !

To maybe enhace the interest to my suggestion a bit - it's quite
a bad time during the release of 2.4.0 to propose such a a thing
I guess - I have put the doxygen including my changes online on a
site of mine [1] <http://www.gnucash.holtermann7.de/index.html>.

Main changes :

    *  adding inclusion of .i and .py-files
    * Adding page python-bindings [2] <http://www.gnucash.holtermann7.de/python-bindings-page.html>
    * Adding group python-bindings [3] <http://www.gnucash.holtermann7.de/group__python-bindings.html>
    * Adding group python-bindings-examples as a subgroup of python-bindings [4] <http://www.gnucash.holtermann7.de/group__python-bindings-examples.html>
