Well, if mingw32-webkitgtk-xxx is a mingw cross-build of the webkitgtk
library, then maybe we can just use that.  I wasn't aware it existed.
I'm a bit confused about the release number, since the devel team just
released 1.2.6.  I'll see if it has what we need.
