i18n pl website

Hello,
I wanted to translate some materials of the webpage.
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Translation#How_to_translate_the_web_page
I have checked out htdocs trunk, as stated at above page, but after 
downloading the make program, I cannot do "make pot" properly - i get an 
error message.

I'd like to help building the website in polish.
Could you please give me more detailed hints on this
or contact me with polish i18n guys?


I have IT background, but am interested in this software. I don't know 
how much time I can spend with it, but...
