FYI: The cmake build system builds the gnc-engine with MSVC compiler

Just a quick information: With my recent commits and the cmake build system, 
it is possible to compile the first parts of gnucash up to and including the 
engine with the Microsoft MSVC compiler.

I have some plans which explain why I'm working on this, but more on this 
later. I don't plan to compile gnucash itself by MSVC, but only the parts 
mentioned here.
