You are right about the agreed timing.

I don't think there's a problem here though. The glade file has been saved 
with Glade 3.x, which causes the lines in the file to be rearranged.

But Glade 3.x (the tool) can be configured to write Gtk+ 2.8 compatible files. 
And that's what happened in this case.

We did agree that 2.8 was to be the base version for 2.4.0.
