Where to use country codes

I am currently short in time and have no direct access. Anybody here to rename 
lv_LV.po to lv.po?

If you also move accounts/lv_LV to lv, don't forget, to adjust the 
makefile ;-).

Hm, now I don't know, why the console output is wrong encoded.

I don't know of a binary of the devel branch.
When I built it, I followed the instructions in 
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Building#General_Instructions and Dependencies. 
For errors (missing dependencies), which I didn't understand, I asked on IRC.
