Hi, I found 'doc/README-zh_CN.win32.txt' doesn't have utf-8 BOM, which would cause inno using current code page rather than utf-8 to decode it. I checked all other lang's Readme, Chinese one is the only one without UTF-8 BOM. Could you fix it? Thanks. -- Regards Tao Wang
