[PATCH] Help & GUI Menu's intro

Here's a patch that rephrases the documentation on the Help menu and the
general introduction to how Gnucash windows are laid out, to be clearer
and less repetitive.  Let me know if you have further questions.

I think the structure that is used in documenting the interface is
unnecessarily repetitive (I had to change the Help menu doc in three
places); if folks are interested, I'll prepare a patch that removes this
redundancy.  But it won't be a tiny patch (at least in terms of # of
lines), so I wanted to test the water first...
