GtkHTML vs WebKit on Windows for GnuCash 2.4.0

Hello,

I submitted a Bug#611579 and I wonder which will be used GtkHTML or
WebKit for GnuCash 2.4.0.
GtkHTML was committed once to SVN but reverted so I can't judge which
one will be used
as final. Would you please tell me which will be used?

Many Japanese people say on their blog that they give up using GnuCash
because of Bug#60582 and Bug#611579.
And they search "GnuCash Japanese Input" and "GnuCash reports garbage
characters" when I look at Google
query report.
So I'd like to fix them by the release of 2.4.0 in order to increase
Japanese users.
