invoices, process payment and importing bank account transactions

This should have been asked on gnucash-user, not gnucash-devel, as this
is a user question.
No, there is no way to import business transactions. You must Process
Payment manually (and then during import you can map the imported
transaction to the payment).
There's an open bug for this.
