make dist fails on trunk [FIXED]

This bug is apparently introduced in r18765 Redo of the dot-gnucash fix (so 
that GNC_DOT_DIR actually works) fixing …

This changeset introduces test-resolve-url as test target, but there's no
test-resolve-url.c file in that directory.

I have removed the faulty test target in r18793.
