Edit button of Sales Tax Table is not translatable

Hello.

I can't translate a label of the Edit button on the Business -> Sales
Tax Table dialog because
it is not registered at a pot file. In addition, it doesn't have an
acceleration key like "_Edit".

But I can't find how to fix it. Does anyone can fix it?
