UK VAT Report (submission for beta testing etc)

Hi,

Thanks for everyone's help about the trace and debug messages. I've found the problem and I'm pleased to submit a (I think) working UK VAT Return report. However, I've only tested it on my limited accounts so I can't swear that all the boxes have the right signs etc.

The default accounts are based on those included in GnuCash for UK VAT registered businesses.
