Sales tax

It all depends on what you mean by "handle sales tax".  It can "handle"
it in that it can let you enter it into your accounts and keep track of
how much you've spent/collected.  However there is not a specific "sales
tax report" currently.  One could be written, and if donated included in
future releases.
