I'm sorry for last patch, I got something wrong during spliting the
patch. This time it should be ok. I've tried to apply them to HEAD,
it's ok.
One thing should be noticed is that
'gnucash-htdocs_search_fix2_part2_misc' and
'gnucash-htdocs_search_fix2_part5_remove_ja_templates' should be
applied *after*
'gnucash-htdocs_search_fix2_part0_fix_search_templates' is applied.
