Is there any problem on our svn server?

Hi,

It looks like there is definitely a network problem.  I'll look into it
but I suspect I'm going to have to get Comcast to get involved to get this
fixed.  Rebooting the cable modem fixed it for a while, which is good for
me, but also bad because it means it's a comcast problem.  :-(

Please bear with me for a while.
