r19204 - gnucash/trunk - Bug #618646 - Should be able to run gnucash-bin.exe directly, rather than gnucash.cmd

In the changeset 19204 for fixing Bug 618646, it's required to have
'libgncmod' prefix of the gnc module name.

So, I created a patch to fix the test case, and attach it here.
