So first off I have to mention I don’t have much domain knowledge in currency trading, but I’ll definitely read through Peter Selinger’s tutorials (and the Guide) to see what was done before. And from his (very recent) note I see he intends to update his page with the latest GnuCash trading features. Maybe we could convince him to contribute it to the Guide Chapter 10 (Multiple Currencies).

Oh, and this would also fix BugZilla #98292 (from 2002 :-).[1]
