r19641 - gnucash/trunk/packaging/win32 - Revert r19576, r19590, r19593, r19601: "Update gtk versions..."

It looks as though Fedora 14 which is due out soon will have 2.20 for
its mingw32-gtk package, so I should be able to rebuild webkit using
that.
