Windows Installer, extra translatable custom messages

I have just finished making changes to the Windows Installer script [1].

These changes were necessary to fix an important installer bug, but I had to 
introduce some additional custom messages in the process. These messages are 
not in the .po files, but in the installer script itself.

Those of you who translated the installer's custom messages into your own 
language before, can you find some time to translate these extra strings as 
well before 2.4 comes out ? That would be great.

The languages in that file that are missing some translations are:
de, el, fr, it, ja, lv, pt_BR and zh_CN
